1. PAYMENT METHODS

The following payments are accepted:
Debit / Credit card: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Paypal.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT.
As soon as the order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email at your address.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. SHIPMENTS

We will dispatch the package in 10 days from the order confirmation.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the shipping information.

Shipments are free in Italy and all the European Communities countries.

List of the European Community countries to which we ship: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden.

We do not deliver at post office boxes and at Livigno and Campione d’Italia cities.

All the parcels are insured by us.

3. RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Complete the online return form.

Pack your item in the original box – we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our box. Our return service is free using the pre-painted and pre-paid label that you find in our box.

We only accept items that are in original, unworn and undamaged conditions.
Returns are accepted only if all the extras are included: items, certificate and packaging.

As soon as we will receive your return, we will check the item. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
